The company Warmpac is a family group present in France and Asia. It designs and imports swimming pool products for the French market.

Our company distributes either under private labels or under its own brands WPool for heat pumps, WPure for water treatment, WPump for filtration pumps and EZPool for home automation.

With many years of experience, we make every effort to meet the requirements and changes in quality and standards in France and Europe. Warmpac studies and is able to meet all specifications.

We guarantee a permanent stock of merchandise and spare parts in our warehouses and we offer an after-sales service with a hotline to quickly meet your expectations.

Our Team

The head office of Warmpac is located in Vitrolles and the work team consists of 17 people at the service of its customers. Gathered around a common project and strong in complementary know-how, the team is mobilized to give full satisfaction to its customers, and best meet their expectations in all areas: administrative, product advice, after-sales service, training…

Warmpac surrounds itself with external people who complete the skills concerning the accounting, the Web site, or the technical evolution of the products. It is also an office in Hong Kong which keeps in touch, controls and closely monitors manufacturing in Asia.

The Warmpac company was created in 2004 to meet the demand for the supply of swimming pool heat pumps for French specialist distributors. More than 30 years of experience and knowledge of Chinese companies make it possible to select a leading manufacturer in this field. Capable of meeting the requirements of European and French standards and because it is at the forefront of innovation, Phnix is ​​chosen. Warmpac is present from the design of the machines to the final inspection.

In 2010, the brand WPool is created and offers its own range of heat pumps for swimming pools.
In 2016, to cover the French territory, a sales force of 6 people offered WPool products to independent swimming pool specialists.
In 2017, electrolysers from the brand WPure of European manufacture come to diversify and complete the range, as well as 3 models of dehumidifier.
In 2018, swimming pool automation enters the field of the swimming pool. EZPool allows you to control the parameters and equipment of the pool from your smartphone.
